located on road between toowoomba millmerran, saints church highly visible in flat landscape. gothic influenced timber building on low stumps clad pit sawn weatherboards. roof steeply pitched, clad corrugated iron , topped louvred belfry , slender spire @ western end. painted white outside, was. church entered porch on southern side of building. on northern side small vestry sheeted in vertical timber boards. interior oiled timber , lit plain lancet windows, set of 3 lancets windows set stained glass in chancel. connected eastern end of church through gothic arch , visually separated main body of church smaller scale. stained glass windows in memory of reverend william gore above altar , depict christ king. 2 oak prayer desks , chairs heavily carved cherubs, lions etc. set on either side of chancel. church otherwise furnished.
there 95 burials ranged around church dating between 1864 , 1982. earliest burial of yandilla manager , partner, charles owen, murdered @ owen s scrub, yandilla on 29 april 1864. of graves have railings , memorials include work of masons r.c. ziegler, bruce brothers, j.h. wagner , bailey (toowoomba). elaborate grave, has ornate ironwork, of harriet gore, wife of francis gore. there mature trees in grounds, including bunya pine. churchyard surrounded simple post , top rail fence.
