in 2010, p.f. chang s china bistro home menu introduced. brand represents group of frozen appetizers , meals sold under license unilever.
conagra foods, inc. acquired p.f. chang s china bistro home menu license unilever in august 2012.
2004 restatement
on march 15, 2004, company reported had modified partnership accounting, resulted in restatement of financial results prior years. on march 17, 2005, company adjusted accounting leases in order conform u.s. accepted accounting principles. accordingly, management , audit committee determined company s issued consolidated financial statements, including in company s annual report on form 10-k fiscal year ended dec. 28, 2003, , in company s quarterly reports on form 10-q first 3 fiscal quarters of 2004, should no longer relied upon.
