pecfest annual cultural , technical fest of pec university of technology, chandigarh. festival started off cultural event in 2003 , has since, grown 1 of largest college fests in north india attracting many big-name performers , sponsors.


in 2014, pecfest merged vyom (the technical fest of pec university of technology) , consequently, acts umbrella festival both cultural , technical events , competitions.


pecfest typically attracts host of students region , has expanded reach rest of country, footfalls of on 25000 being recorded in 2015 alone.
