bohn’s nodules, described heinrich bohn in 1886 mucous gland cysts , distributed on junction of hard , soft palate. derived minor salivary glands. found @ junction of hard , soft palate, , along lingual , buccal parts of dental ridges, away midline. these nodules 1-3 mm in size, , filled keratin. bohn classified cysts in alveolar ridges mucous gland cysts. however, century later shown these cysts microkeratocysts.
