in september 2004, park lane opened new 7 storey extension @ city centre site. award-winning design has environmental focus , created additional 60 classrooms on college s main site. college launched number of other new facilities , departments including creative arts academy, hair & beauty therapy, animal centre, , plcl business school; continued trend new school entrepreneurship, financial services skills academy, , construction provision although latter has subsequently been closed down.
