again, first prize drive in 2005 btcc season. james pickford , gavin smith shared wins in first races @ brands hatch. tom boardman , gavin smith won races 3 , 4 @ silverstone, giving smith championship lead. james pickford consistently finishing in high positions including 2 more wins @ oulton park , croft won closely fought championship 151 points.


a late surge in standings saw oli wilkinson finish second, 5 points off pickford 146. tom boardman third 133 points, gordon shedden fourth 123 , gavin smith fifth 98 points.
