the reverend gore died in 1885 , on 15 november 1887 church , graveyard consecrated saints church of england @ request of francis, gerard , robert gore. on day madame blumenthal, formerly leonie gore, , major shareholder in yandilla, presented 3 stained glass windows church. made in england @ cost of £600 in memory of uncle, reverend william gore. these placed in chancel of church on condition church consecrated church of england , burials in churchyard conducted anglican minister. however, catholic services still held @ saints , financially supported mme blumenthal.
the church provided services more yandilla residents , during shearing season many shearers , seasonal workers attended. these people itinerant work made hard them attend church services , in 1888 special christmas service held them. in year pipe organ had been made rev gore installed. built of oak tree @ feniton court, gore family home in devon, england. @ time 2 heavily carved oak chairs reading desks installed. 1 believed have been made in florence , other copy made in 1886 john baillie.
in 1890 professional gardener london, hartley moore, appointed care grounds of homestead , developed beautiful gardens around it. acted caretaker , churchwarden, during time planted shrubs , kept church grounds in order.

although congregation dwindled due decline in industry , building of other churches in area, new spire , belfry erected , bell imported america. in 1900. in 1900s plans made subdivide yandilla , sell piecemeal. in 1906 sold lomax pastoral company. in 1910 new vestry added church , in 1913 stone font carved placed in church in memory of gerard gore had died year before. had been churchwarden many years , continued provide financial support, though living in melbourne. £1100 given synod of church in memory interest used assist saints. in 1914 organ made reverend william gore sold , replaced smaller one.
the congregation declined on years , in 1919 fire destroyed yandilla station office taking records pertaining church , cemetery. in 1923 church enjoyed of revival when reverend t bird became minister millmerran , yandilla , john (jack) rademy appointed manager of yandilla new owners william naughton & co. rademy , wife active in church affairs , continued support of church, after purchasing property in district. in 1924 parish of millmerran formed services held @ millmerran, yandilla, , leyburn. in 1925 new brasses , hangings installed in church. in 1936 cowlishaw family took on yandilla , took interest in church, maintaining links property.
other later work includes altar presented in 1957 mrs hazel fysh of pampas. in 1958, fourteen of oldest headstones renovated bruce bros monumental masons of toowoomba. around c. 1968 main toowoomba goondiwindi road (now gore highway) relocated pass close church between , homestead site. remaining trees pine avenue connected church homestead thought have vanished @ time. none of homestead buildings have survived , church oldest building in shire of millmerran (amalgamated in 2008 toowoomba region). gore family still retain interest in church family reunions , christenings being held there in recent times. in 1970, new deed of grant issued anglican church area containing church , graveyard. in 1975 saints listed on register of national estate. in 1988 cairn unveiled in memory of gore family bicentennial project tummaville branch of queensland country women s association.
