the absence of tse-tse fly on open grassland benefits both wild , domestic animals. sokoto ranks second in livestock production in country s animal population of on 8 million.


the availability of these economic potentials provides investment opportunities, particularly in agro-allied industries such flour mills, tomatoes processing, sugar refining, textiles, glue, tanning, fish canning, etc.
