blind play

when plays blind, has not seen cards , places bet guessing strength of card combination , of other players. should place higher bet if has faith in luck , card combination stronger other players. if wants play safe , not take risks, should place bet smaller amount.

play (chaal phase)

anybody can choose see cards @ time , place bet (when s turn) depending on how strong thinks card combination is. can pack if thinks card combination not strong enough. though can pack out of turn, s not considered courteous so. there variation rule in players allowed see , fold cards when s turn.

sideshow, backshow, , compromise

if have seen cards, can ask sideshow after placing bet. can ask sideshow previous player (who placed last bet). hence sideshows referred backshows. sideshows permitted if no player playing , if player request third time no 1 can deny , whom been requested player have show cards

the player can either accept or decline others sideshow request. player may want decline sideshow if 1 trying bluff way through, in case 1 fold due poor hand when 2 hands compared. player may want decline sideshow request if 1 holding strong hand and/or want pot money increase make game more interesting.

if sideshow request accepted, 2 players involved privately compare cards, , player lower hand forced fold. if hands equal, player asked sideshow forced fold.

if sideshow refused, player requesting sideshow must bet stay in game or fold.

tie

at point during game, if both players not want show/back out card game consider cancelled.and total money invested in game return/share between both players.there have not situation win game player.

show

the betting go on until 1 of 2 things happens:

all 1 player pack. sole remaining player wins money in pot, regardless of cards or holds.
all 2 players pack. in case, during or turn, 1 player pays show . @ point, both players cards exposed , compared , higher-ranking hand wins pot.

the following rules show :

seen player can ask show blind player 4 times current bet.
if both players seen either may ask show paying 2 times current bet.

note: blind player cannot ask show or sideshow.

in modern games, stakes or bets high, shows paid @ current bet level. also, while blind player cannot ask (nor can asked) sideshow, blind player can ask show. show, player can choose not show, if give pot. ultimately, rules discussed , agreed players before game begins.
